All content created by users within the BARS application remains the intellectual property of the respective users.

All content created by users within the BARS application ("the App") remains the intellectual property of the respective users. BARS does not claim ownership of any lyrics, bars, or tracks created by users.

2. App Content and Trademarks

The BARS name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BARS or its affiliates. The App's interface, graphics, design, compilation, and arrangement are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they create using the App does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes:

  • Not copying lyrics or bars from other artists without permission
  • Not using copyrighted beats or instrumentals without proper licensing
  • Not distributing content created by others as your own

4. DMCA Compliance

BARS respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
